- What are the payment methods ?
For the moment, we only accept Paypal payment. In this way, payment is, for you and for us, secured and guarantee. No need to create an account, no bank infos needed. Plus, Paypal is taking care of any trouble that can happen with your shipment, during the transportation and can proceed with refund.
- All your products are in stock ?
We are doing our best to keep our stock clear and transparent on our website. We delete references unavailable, keep publishing the novelties and do everything we can to only offer available products. With more than 15 brands and nearly 100.000 products in stock, it can happen that an ordered product isn't available in our stock. If this case happens, be sure that we totally refund the order, or by an agreement with you, we proceed to replace the missing reference by a similar one.
- I need to make a gift for someone. How should I do ?
At the biling adress, please fulfill your own informations and in the delivery adress, please include your friend adress. You can also write a note about your order at the checkout and let us know if you want special note, or gift paper to please the person who will receive the product. You can also pruchase a gift card of the amount of your choice.
- When do I receive my order ?
Any order will be dispatched within 5/10 working days.
For Europe, most of the time and if there is no shipping issue, we get your product delivered within 4/5 working days.
For the rest of the world, 5/10 working days are needed, but it can easily be exceeded depending on import/export laws depending on the country you are. - How can I return my product ?
During a period of thirty days (30), you are welcome to return your product in excellent condition (un-wrapped, un-used, in the original case) if you are unhappy with your order. Please send your watch well-protected to :

At reception of the watch, if all requirements are respected, we'll either proceed to a refund or send a similar watch of your choice (same brand and/or same price)
This can not be apply if the 30 days are over, if the watch have been worn and/or is damaged. Please read our Guarantee section.
- How do the Guarantee policy works ?

In a nutshell, every product is under a one (1) year guarantee, including watch movement, hands, and dial. The guarantee does not cover any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet, and damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- I want more informations of the watch I want to purchase, such as its size and functions... Where do I find it ?
We are doing our best to give every product a full detailled technical infos, such as material, movement, functions, ATM water resistance, size etc. If you can't find the technicals infos you need, please contact us through the contact us section (http://nordic-watches.com/pages/contact-us) and giving us the reference of the watch.
